World Cup Predictor Rules

FIFA PREDICTOR GAME RULES

1. Promoter

The FIFA Predictor Game (“Game”) is operated by ConnectBet in partnership with World Sports Betting (“WSB”) (collectively referred to as the “Promoters”).

Participation in the Game constitutes acceptance of these Game Rules, together with the Promoters’ Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To participate, entrants must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Be a resident of South Africa.
  • Provide valid and accurate personal information when registering.
  • Agree to these Game Rules and the applicable Privacy Policy.
  • Not be an employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of the Promoters or any agency directly involved in the administration of the Game.

The Promoters reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. Campaign Period

The Game opens on 15 June 2026 and closes on 23 June 2026.

Entries submitted outside of the campaign period will not be considered.

The Promoters reserve the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the campaign at their discretion.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

  1. Visit the FIFA Predictor campaign page.
  2. Complete the registration form by providing:
    • Full name
    • Display name
    • Email address
    • Mobile number
  3. Accept these Game Rules and any required consent notices.
  4. Submit predictions for:
    • Tournament Winner
    • Runner-Up
    • Third Place Team
  5. Submit your prediction slip before the applicable deadline.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

5. Prediction Rules

  • Predictions must be submitted before the prediction deadline specified on the campaign page.
  • Once submitted, predictions may not be edited after the deadline.
  • Only one active prediction entry per participant is permitted unless otherwise stated.
  • Duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or automated entries may be disqualified.

6. Scoring System

Points will be awarded based on prediction accuracy.

Suggested scoring structure:

OR

The exact scoring methodology displayed within the Game platform will apply and shall be final.

The leaderboard will rank participants according to total points earned.

In the event of a tie, the Promoters may apply additional tie-break criteria including:

  • Earliest submission time;
  • Number of exact predictions;
  • Random draw among tied participants.

The Promoters’ decision is final.

7. Prizes

Part 1: Jersey Giveaway

Three (3) licensed football jerseys will be awarded:

  • One (1) jersey to the participant finishing first on the leaderboard.
  • Two (2) jerseys awarded through random lucky draws from eligible entrants.

Prize details:

  • Winners may choose a supported football team jersey, subject to availability.
  • Jersey size and model are subject to supplier availability.
  • No cash alternative will be offered.

Part 2: WSB Free Bet Offer

Eligible entrants may automatically qualify for the World Sports Betting FIFA Free Bet promotion upon completion of the predictor entry process.

Participation in the Free Bet offer remains subject to WSB’s separate promotional terms and conditions.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be determined within [X] days of the conclusion of the tournament.

The Promoters may contact winners via:

  • Email
  • Telephone
  • SMS

If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Prize Delivery

Prize winners may be required to provide:

  • Proof of identity
  • Proof of age
  • Delivery details

Failure to provide requested information within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

The Promoters are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties.

10. Disqualification

The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Provides false information;
  • Uses multiple accounts;
  • Attempts to manipulate the leaderboard;
  • Uses automated tools or scripts;
  • Breaches these Game Rules.

Any points, prizes, or benefits obtained through fraudulent means may be revoked.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoters shall not be liable for:

  • Technical failures;
  • Website downtime;
  • Lost, delayed, corrupted, or incomplete entries;
  • Network or connectivity issues;
  • Any loss arising from participation in the Game or acceptance of any prize.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected during the Game will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoters’ Privacy Policies.

Information may be used for:

  • Administering the Game;
  • Contacting winners;
  • Marketing communications where consent has been provided.

13. General

  • The Promoters’ decisions regarding the Game are final.
  • The Promoters reserve the right to amend these Rules at any time.
  • Any amendment will be published on the campaign website.
  • If any provision of these Rules is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
